Glynnis has worked in a variety of commercial roles in the emergency lighting industry since 1995. Previous roles have included Marketing Director and she also has experience in product development and branding, a role she relishes.
Glynnis believes a company is only as good as its weakest link and that people working together can achieve anything
She actively contributes to various industry organisations including LIF and DALI, and is Chair of the ICEL Marketing Committee.
Originally a mechanical engineer, Simon has spent the past 18 years specialising in emergency lighting products and systems. His experience includes working for various multinational and blue-chip companies.
Simon has successfully developed European export markets, especially those in the Netherlands, Germany and Scandinavia. He aspires to increase awareness of the One-LUX brand, which is synonymous with efficiency and professionalism.
Alan, the most experienced member of the team, has nearly 40 years knowledge of general and financial management.
He has researched and initiated equity investments, controlled group accounts and managed a number of international turnkey contracts.
He particularly enjoys his role advising rapidly expanding companies and the involvement it brings in strategic planning, financial and risk management.
Richard has accumulated two decades of technical experience within the emergency lighting industry. He is highly conversant with international standards and has extensive knowledge of emergency lighting product testing, evaluation, design processes and quality systems.
Richard is the One-LUX representative at several technical forums including ICEL.
Andrew has over 20 years General Management experience in SMEs, specialising in systems and process implementation to increase efficiency and improve Customer Service.
He is focussed on ensuring that One-LUX customers enjoy high levels of service and with his dedicated team, is continuously striving to improve.

One-LUX the emergency lighting and controls specialist is moving to new premises in Aldridge, West Midlands. The move follows another year of record sales cementing the company's success.
The company has won a number of contracts with major lighting OEMs in the UK and Europe.
The new premises will provide an attractive working environment for the expanding team and extensive R&D facilities.
"We are confident that the move will provide One-LUX with a solid foundation on which to build our future success" says Managing Director, Glynnis Murray. "We currently employ 17 staff and the move will enable us to make a number of important additions to the One-LUX team."
